013 LOOKING AT THE CLOUDS - WEATHER ECONOMICS

The US President George Bush said that US financial markets have enough liquidity to weather "declines".

He wants economists to make "rational" decisions and conclude that the US economy is strong.

The economists should look at the clouds and the sky, to get ready to weather declines.
