These things may happen in backward and corrupt countries like India. How can it happen in the so called most efficiently administered country like US?

009 CAN A BRIDGE COLLPASE JUST IN 40 YEARS?
UPI reported that a 40 year old bridge across Mississipi river collapsed in Minneapolis, Minnesota. US President Mr. George Bush is eager that the Federal Government should respond robustly.
