United States is a great leader of the world's law and order. It is, de facto, the world's policeman and judge, all in one.
The funniest thing is, mugging and robberies take place in Central Washington, its Capital City. The robbers, unlike their Nation, follow principles of equality. They do not spare even the Officials of the Whitehouse. They find any place convenient as their work-station, including public toilets, filling stations and airports.
